Fystack x DD.xyz: Strengthening Transaction Risk Assessment for Safer Digital Asset Management

1. The Growing Wallet Ecosystem - and Its Security Gap

There are now more than 100 Web3 wallet providers, and the number keeps growing. Yet, security standards have barely improved. Every day, we hear about hacks, phishing scams, and address poisoning incidents that affect millions of Web3 users.

Why does this keep happening? Because many wallet providers continue to overlook security and risk assessment, even though it’s one of the most fundamental pillars of any blockchain project.

At Fystack, a self-hosted custody platform for digital assets, we care deeply about security. Many of our friends have lost funds due to common attack vectors, hacks, accidental transfers to smart contracts, or address-poisoning scams. These stories inspired us to build a better wallet management system that can proactively prevent such incidents.

2. Partnering with DD.xyz to Strengthen Risk Assessment

To strengthen this vision, we partnered with DD.xyz, one of the leading platforms for on-chain risk assessment in Web3. Their powerful APIs provide everything we need to integrate real-time risk checks directly into our application.

We’re also grateful for DD.xyz’s strong support for startups, which has helped us accelerate our integration process significantly.

3. Building a Safer Web3 with Risk Assessment and Address Protection

By leveraging DD.xyz’s APIs, Fystack has built a Risk Assessment Dashboard that allows users to instantly verify whether a wallet address is safe before interacting with it, helping prevent transactions to sanctioned or high-risk destinations.

On the core Fystack platform, we use DD.xyz’s Due Diligence Risk Check APIs to evaluate every withdrawal address. This helps protect users from interacting with sanctioned, blacklisted, or high-risk addresses that might trigger compliance issues or get frozen by centralized exchanges.

Fystack also integrates DD.xyz’s Address Poisoning Detection, which spots and flags deceptive or look-alike wallet addresses, a frequent Web3 exploit where attackers mimic legitimate addresses to mislead users into sending funds to the wrong destination.
This is especially important for enterprise users handling large fund transfers.=

4.Open-Source Commitment to Safer Infrastructure

We recently open-sourced a self-host script that allows developers to deploy a full custody platform in minutes. Developers can easily obtain an API key from DD.xyz to perform address risk assessments.

Fystack is building an open-source digital asset management platform powered by MPC wallet technology. Our mission is to help developers and businesses secure their assets while maintaining full control.

With partners like DD.xyz, we’re accelerating development and strengthening the ecosystem of companies working together to create a safer, more resilient Web3—free from hacks and security threats.
